Terms And Conditions For Returning Goods

Returning goods of good quality purchased in an online store is possible within 7 days, not counting the day of delivery/receipt of the goods. Provided that the specified product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved.

The cost of delivery of goods to the Buyer is not reimbursed.

By agreement with the Seller’s employee, the return of goods of good quality purchased in the online store can be carried out through a transport company. In this case, the Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller (via email) with the following documents:

· application for return of goods;

· photographs of the goods, confirming that the goods have not been used, that their presentation, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels have been preserved;

· courier receipt or other document confirming the fact of transfer of the Goods to the organization that will deliver the Goods to the Seller’s address.

Refunds using this method of returning goods are carried out within 10 days from the date the Buyer transfers the Goods for shipment and provides all necessary documents.

If the Buyer returns the Goods of proper quality for which the delivery service was provided, no refund will be made for the delivery service.

Returning goods of inadequate quality:

· The Buyer/Recipient has the right to refuse to fulfill the purchase and sale agreement, return the goods of inadequate quality and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods.

· A product of inadequate quality means a product that is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities.

· Differences in design or design elements from those stated in the description on the website do not constitute a malfunction or non-functionality of the product.

The return of goods of inadequate quality purchased in the online store, in agreement with the Seller’s employee, can be carried out through a transport company. The Buyer must first provide the Seller (via email) with the following documents:

· application for return of goods;

· photo and/or video evidence confirming the poor quality of the product or its malfunction.

The application review period is within 7 (seven) working days. If the Seller makes a positive decision based on the review of the application, the Buyer may send the Product for return. Delivery costs are covered by the Seller.

After sending the Return of the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller (via email) with a postal receipt, courier receipt, or other document confirming the fact of transfer of the Goods to the organization that will deliver the Goods to the Seller’s address, as well as a document confirming payment for the delivery of the Goods to the Seller’s address.
